Steve is a specialist restoration craftsman who has worked in the industry throughout his career and joined DBR in 2005. He is highly experienced in stucco repair and conservation, with a strong understanding of traditional materials and techniques.
Known for his attention to detail and methodical approach, Steve has extensive expertise in the replication and repair of historic stucco, including mouldings, cornices, and decorative features. He is particularly skilled in mixing and applying lime mortars and managing the curing process to achieve high-quality, long-lasting results. His recent work includes projects at the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries Hall and Alexandra Palace, demonstrating his ability to deliver complex restoration works.
Steve’s experience also includes projects for the Royal Household and the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, where his craftsmanship and commitment to quality contribute to the successful conservation of historic buildings.
