Oliver Mason is an Estimator specialising in tender submissions for heritage construction projects, with a focus on external building restoration. He plays a key role in securing new work for DBR, with notable projects including Colchester Castle, St Bride’s Church, and Serpentine Bridge.
Oliver leads the preparation of competitive tenders, including cost planning, programme development, and contract review, and regularly represents the company at post-tender interviews. He has a strong track record of delivering successful bids across projects ranging from small works to schemes in excess of £1 million.
With a background as a Graduate Site Manager, Oliver brings valuable site experience in quality assurance, health and safety, and programme coordination. He is SMSTS certified, a qualified First Aider and Mental Health First Aider, and holds Microsoft Office Specialist certifications, supporting his structured and detail-driven approach to tendering.
