Michal is a Site Manager at DBR (London) Limited with over 20 years’ experience, having joined the company in 2004 as a trainee restorer and progressing through to senior roles including Contracts Supervisor. He now plays a key role in delivering complex conservation projects, particularly within the Palace of Westminster.
Michal has extensive expertise in façade repair and traditional finishes, including stucco, render, stone, brick, terracotta, and faience. He is highly skilled in colour matching and sample preparation, ensuring repairs blend seamlessly with existing fabric. With a meticulous and respectful approach to historic materials, he consistently delivers high-quality work in sensitive environments.
His project experience includes works at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Lambeth Palace, Alexandra Palace, and heritage sites such as Audley End House and Gainsborough Old Hall, demonstrating his breadth of experience across Grade I and II listed buildings.
