Kevin brings over 20 years’ experience in construction, having worked on site as a multi-skilled supervisor with plumbing qualifications and a strong carpentry background. During his time with ROK and later Fairhurst Ward Abbotts, he supervised a 24/7 call-out service, developing into an accomplished team leader across cultural, conservation, and private residential projects.
Kevin’s management style is hands-on and solutions-focused, remaining calm under pressure while driving programmes forward. He is experienced in all aspects of site management, including client-facing pre-start meetings, method statements and risk assessments, programme planning, progress reporting, safety inspections, quality control, logistics, and conservation management. His project experience includes internal works packages at the Palace of Westminster, works to the Elizabeth Tower, the HHB Gallery at the Natural History Museum, and conservation works at Westminster Abbey, bringing extensive practical knowledge to DBR’s heritage projects.
