Josh joined DBR in 2006 as a management trainee, beginning his career on site alongside skilled craftspeople while completing day-release studies in construction management. This hands-on grounding allowed him to develop strong masonry skills and valuable site experience, progressing through roles as site foreman and site manager. He managed projects at Alexandra Palace and Harrods before being promoted to Projects Supervisor, and now plays a key role within DBR’s Estimating and Surveying team.
Josh has worked on numerous prestigious projects, including The Ritz Hotel and Southwark Cathedral, and has project managed works at Harrods valued in excess of £1 million. More recently, he successfully secured DBR’s multi-million-pound project at Liberty London. Highly experienced in tendering, cost control, and project handover, Josh is an integral member of the DBR team and a strong advocate for the effective use of technology in construction.
