Jack Herniman

Jack is a Contracts Manager with extensive experience delivering both new-build masonry and complex restoration projects as Principal Contractor, ranging from private residences to historic medieval monuments. He has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on programme, while fully understanding the sensitive requirements of building conservation and restoration. Jack leads multi-skilled teams of stonemasons, conservators, bricklayers, roofers, leadworkers, joiners, and specialist subcontractors, ensuring coordinated and efficient project delivery.

Jack’s experience spans the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction, design coordination, and materials and labour procurement through to site setup, project programming, and delivery. He has delivered challenging projects across London and the South of England, including new construction in historic settings and conservation works within live environments. With a background in stonemasonry and a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, Jack brings strong technical knowledge to the management of complex heritage projects and is particularly skilled in managing design information, buildability reviews, and value engineering.
