Isobel has been with DBR for over eight years, having joined the company after graduating in 2013 from London South Bank University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Construction Management. During her time at DBR, she has continually developed her skills and experience, leading to her promotion to Head of Projects within the Palace of Westminster in 2023, and subsequently to Assistant Director of DBR in 2024.
Isobel has worked extensively on live, high-security, and heritage environments, primarily within the Palace of Westminster estate. Her portfolio also includes fire safety improvement works, the Elizabeth Tower, and involvement in the Lying in State for the Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
Highly experienced in stakeholder liaison, programme and health and safety management, Isobel is particularly adept at managing logistics, interfaces, and sensitivities when working in close proximity to occupants and the public within Grade I listed buildings and UNESCO World Heritage settings.
