Glen is a City & Guilds qualified carpenter with extensive experience across commercial developments, housing, heritage sites, and specialist construction projects. Having worked as a Site Manager on a variety of schemes, he has led teams of up to 20 personnel, combining strong leadership with a hands-on approach to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Glen has in-depth knowledge of construction trades from groundworks through to completion and handover, supported by his NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Management. He is highly motivated, reliable, and known for his excellent timekeeping and ability to drive team performance while maintaining clear communication on site.
His project experience includes works at the Natural History Museum, Tring, alongside multiple site management roles across a range of contractors. Glen holds SMSTS certification, a CSCS Black Card, and First Aid qualification, underpinning his strong focus on safe and effective project delivery.
