Garnett has been with DBR since 2009, having started his career as an apprentice and building extensive experience within the stone industry. Over the years, he has developed into a highly skilled fixer mason and a dependable site foreman, known for his practical, hands-on approach to delivering complex masonry works.
Garnett has particular expertise in the safe dismantling and manoeuvring of masonry, ensuring both structural integrity and site safety are maintained at all times. He has led works on a number of high-profile projects, including the installation of a new stone surround at the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and major structural masonry works at The Ritz Hotel, where he coordinated teams, liaised with stakeholders, and ensured programme deadlines were met within sensitive, occupied environments.
With strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a courteous manner, Garnett consistently delivers high-quality workmanship across projects including Lambeth Palace, Harrods, and Alexandra Palace, making him a valued member of DBR’s site management team.
