Dominic is a Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, bringing specialist expertise in flat roofing, waterproofing, stonework, and restoration. He has a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and building lasting relationships with clients and consultants to secure repeat and future work. He is currently the lead Quantity Surveyor on several London-based schemes with a combined value of £4 million.

Dominic offers comprehensive knowledge across both the financial and contractual aspects of construction. He supports pre-construction teams with tender bids and post-tender interviews, working closely with estimators to align pricing strategies and commercial objectives. With strong legal and contractual awareness, he is experienced in drafting formal correspondence, preparing payment certificates, managing interim financial reporting, overseeing change management, procurement, cost control, and administering JCT contracts. His project portfolio includes works at Battersea Power Station, St Bartholomew's Hospital, and the Wimbledon Tennis Courts, reflecting his experience across complex and high-profile developments.
