David has over 34 years of industry experience and joined DBR in 1992 as a Contracts Manager, progressing to Contracts Director before being appointed to the Board of Directors in 1997. He has played a significant role in shaping the company’s delivery of complex conservation and regeneration projects and remains closely involved in day-to-day operations.
David takes a hands-on approach to his projects, spending considerable time on site to fully understand the works and ensure DBR’s high standards of quality are consistently achieved. He places strong emphasis on meeting programme timelines while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards.
For more than 20 years, he has led one of DBR’s specialist teams focused on the conservation, repair, and regeneration of historic buildings. He is highly experienced in delivering projects within occupied environments and is particularly skilled in coordinating subcontract trades and managing detailed construction programmes.
