David Heaver is an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in delivering complex refurbishment, restoration, and heritage projects. Currently working on the Kew project, he brings a wealth of expertise gained from managing a diverse range of schemes, from super-prime fit-outs and refurbishments to specialist heritage engineering works.
With experience spanning every stage of the project lifecycle, David has successfully delivered challenging projects from tender through to completion. He is skilled in coordinating project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, ensuring that programmes, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
In addition to his project responsibilities, David is actively involved in reviewing tenders and supporting new business opportunities, helping to ensure projects are set up for success from the outset. His professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes make him a valued member of the team.
