David joined DBR in 2015, bringing over 29 years’ experience in the construction industry as a qualified electrician with extensive expertise in working within historic buildings. He has a strong track record as a Site Manager, delivering complex projects across sensitive heritage environments.
David has led works across the Palace of Westminster, including courtyard conservation, access control, underpinning, and stone fabric safety operations. He has also successfully managed mechanical and electrical installations within historic sites such as St Thomas' Hospital, Liberty London, and the Natural History Museum, demonstrating his ability to deliver complex works within live and logistically challenging environments.
With strong organisational and technical skills, David is experienced in client liaison, site management, procurement, and quality control, alongside maintaining high standards of health and safety. His background in M&E installations within heritage settings makes him a valuable asset on projects requiring careful coordination and sensitivity to historic fabric.
