Dan joined DBR in 2015 as Logistics Manager and Buyer, bringing over 13 years’ experience from similar roles within the construction and engineering industries. His career began with an engineering apprenticeship in 2002, where he developed skills in mechanical fitting, architectural/CAD design, material sourcing, and quantity and quality control. Since joining DBR, Dan has played a central role in supporting the estimating team to ensure competitive and accurate tender submissions, while overseeing the day-to-day management of material deliveries across London, fleet vehicles, and yard operations.
Dan is a motivated and efficient professional with strong management and supplier relationship skills. His extensive material knowledge and analytical ability enable him to source, negotiate, and procure effectively within tight timescales, securing cost savings and improving operational performance. Highly systems-driven, he continually refines internal processes to enhance efficiency and budget optimisation, making him a key asset across all live projects within DBR.
