Chance trained in carpentry at Walthamstow Technical College and further developed his trade skills with a one-year course in plumbing. He has been with DBR for 10 years and plays a central role in the company’s logistics operations. For the past eight years, he has been responsible for coordinating and managing the regular cleaning and maintenance works at Trafalgar and Parliament Squares, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and safely.
Chance leads DBR’s logistics department, overseeing the movement of materials and equipment to site so that operatives can carry out works without delay. He is qualified in PAT testing, holds a First Aid certificate, and is licensed to operate forklifts and mobile access equipment, including self-drive cherry pickers. His project experience includes works at Trafalgar Square, Parliament Square, the Palace of Westminster, and the National Gallery, supporting the delivery of high-profile public realm and heritage projects.
