Amanda McDonald is Head of Marketing at DBR Limited, leading the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and communications across the heritage and conservation sector. With several years of B2B marketing experience, she brings a commercially focused and collaborative approach shaped by senior roles across construction, engineering, aerospace, education, and professional services. 

At DBR, Amanda works across projects to support business growth through clear brand direction, joined‑up marketing planning and consistent messaging. Drawing on her built‑environment expertise, she works closely with leadership and project teams to align marketing activity with commercial goals, strengthen market visibility and ensure propositions resonate with technical and non‑technical audiences alike.

Prior to joining DBR, Amanda held senior marketing roles where she led high-performing teams and delivered major brand and digital projects. A CIM Diploma‑qualified marketer with a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management, Amanda is known for her collaborative style, strong stakeholder relationships and her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing. She believes the most effective marketing strikes the right balance between creativity, insight and commercial clarity.
