Whitehall Court was built during the 1880s by Archer & Green as a residential building.

Well-known residents have included George Bernard Shaw, Herbert Kitchener, and H. G. Wells.

DBR London has undertaken various phases of work to this building including cleaning and repair of the Portland stone facades and conservation work to the glazed brick light wells.

The works consisted of Scaffolding, Portland stone cleaning and indent repairs, lead/slate works, minor joinery repairs and decorations.
