35 Marylebone High Street is an early 20th century brick and pre-cast stone building, which is being converted into residential floors and a new shopfront.

DBR London is currently working at 35 Marylebone High Street to repair of the original facade as well as install the new Portland stone shop front.
The first phase of the project was to JOS clean the exterior fabric, and the second phase included a substantial amount of stone indents, repointing, and mortar repairs in sympathetic materials. Careful dismantling of the upper masonry was needed to expose the deteriorating steel and allow for treatment.
In the final phase, DBR London will assist in the design and installation of new Portland stone cladding, including columns, a window sill course, and piers from the ground to 1st floor.
