Isobel Brodrick (DBR Limited) is a deserving candidate of the G4C Future Leader Award because she embodies innovation and progress within the construction industry.

This year alone, Isobel was promoted to Head of Projects within the Houses of Parliament for DBR. This is a pioneering senior management role within the company and an unprecedented achievement – marking a significant stride for women in the field. Her journey in the construction industry commenced as an Assistant Project Manager immediately following her graduation.
