It’s Plastic Free July, and at DBR, we’re proud to be doing our part in tackling plastic pollution — one sustainable step at a time.

Plastic Free July™ is a global movement that empowers millions to reduce single-use plastics for cleaner streets, oceans, and communities. At DBR, we’ve taken this to heart by implementing a company-wide plastic bag ban.

Whether it’s deliveries to and from site or the handling of materials on-site, we’ve eliminated plastic bags entirely. Instead, we use woven recycled sacks, hessian bags, and reusable containers — practical alternatives that help reduce waste without compromising efficiency.

It’s a small change with a big impact — and just one of the ways we’re working towards a more sustainable future in heritage conservation.
