This week marked a significant milestone in our Conservation in Action programme, as we held our very first workshop at the magnificent Blenheim Palace.

This exciting launch unveiled a brand-new suite of exhibition spaces, static displays, and dedicated areas where our skilled craftspeople can demonstrate the exceptional heritage work taking place behind the scenes.

These spaces offer the public a rare and inspiring glimpse into the traditional crafts that help preserve Blenheim for future generations.

Kicking things off was an engaging and insightful demonstration led by stonemason, Alex Wenham – showcasing the artistry, precision, and passion that underpin his craft.

We look forward to welcoming many more visitors and sharing the remarkable stories of the people and practices that keep our heritage alive.
