Early Completion of this phase of façade repair works at this historic building in Hampstead in a fast paced 8 week contract period . The works required meticulous planning and comprised fully designed access scaffold and temporary roof, careful removal of cementitious coatings, dismantling and rebuilding of brick parapets, replacing pedimented window heads, window sills and pilaster stones in Hamhill stone, structural reconstruction works, decorations and leadwork covering replacements and roof repairs.
Amazing hard work by DBR’s management team and our dedicated craft teams of stone masons, stone cleaners, bricklayers, leadworkers and Alltask scaffolding.
DBRs stonemasons also carefully reconstructing these geometrically complicated stone window pediments and niches with new Ham Hill stone from Somerset.
